Rev. EunJoung Joo (pronounced ‘En-Jung’) is a lifetime Methodist, born and raised in a Christian family in South Korea. Following the vision of God, she came to the States and has been ministering to people of all ages in various sized churches for almost 20 years. With a couple of personal spiritual awakening experiences, she is passionate about sharing God’s heart and mind with others. People describe her as a small yet mighty, calm yet dynamic person with revelatory preaching and teaching. She earned two Master’s degrees in Missiology in Methodist Seminary in Seoul, South Korea and Pastoral Care & Counseling in Wesley Seminary, Washington D.C. She was selected as a distinguished Lewis Fellow, Women of Color preachers, and graduate of the Mentoring Program for Young Racial-Ethnic CR-CC clergy sponsored by GBHEM and Financial Leadership Academy. She is also a certified coach.  She also served in various leadership capacities for Baltimore-Washington Conference and Northeastern Jurisdiction beyond local churches.  When she isn’t thinking ‘church,’ she as a clergy couple likes to spend time with her dear family and friends, appreciating beauty of the world that God created, going camping, reading, and listening to music.
